Welcome!
I'm a recording engineer, mixer, and educator based in Lafayette, Indiana. I'm also thrilled to be part of the team at REC Room Recording, a community studio at the Arts Federation in downtown Lafayette. In addition to having a great studio, REC Room is focusing on building a beautifully encouraging community of recording engineers and mixers of all generations and abilities.
One of the ways that I'm helping build our mixing community is by hosting a meeting every month during which mixers at all levels can share their mixes and get them critiqued in a very supportive environment. The meeting is called the Mixer Mixer. It is held almost every 4th Tuesday of the month, 7:30 pm at the REC Room Recording studio control room. We do not meet in June or December.
